WHAT SIZE CONTAINER DO I NEED? 15 cubic yard roll off Ideal for small to medium construction projects or garbage clean outs 16′ long x 8′ wide x 4.5′ tall open top holds approximately 7-8 pickup loads 20 cubic yard roll off Ideal for small to medium construction projects or garbage clean outs 16′ long x 8′ wide x 5.75′ tall open top holds approximately 10 pick up loads.
HOW LONG IS THE DUMPSTER RENTAL PERIOD? Our normal roll off dumpster rental period includes up to 10 days usage. A drop off and pick up date will be scheduled at the time of reservation. Any additional days must be made at the time of reservation for a charge of $10 a day.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO WE NEED FOR THE DUMPSTER? Depending on the size of the roll off dumpster you order, you may need from 50-80 feet of length for the delivery. We also need clearance overhead from power, cable lines and tree branches when unloading and loading the dumpster on your site.
WHAT IF I GO OVER THE ALLOWED WEIGHT ALLOWANCE? There is a prorated, $50 per ton, overweight charge if you are over the allowed weight capacity.
HOW FULL CAN I FILL THE DUMPSTER? The dumpster may not be filled above the top edges. All items must fit inside the dumpster. Each load must be tarped. We cannot pick up any overloaded dumpsters. All customers will be responsible for removing any excess and will be charged a $125.00 trip charge.
WHAT IF I NEED THE DUMPSTER EMPTIED AND BROUGHT BACK? If you need the roll off dumpster emptied and brought back, this is called a swap out and cost the same amount as the initial dumpster rental. We charge by the load.
WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE PUT IN THE DUMPSTER? No hazardous materials, tires, waste materials, liquids, asbestos, gas, oil, medical or bio-hazard waste, chemicals, paint cans (unless dry with top off), freon, perishable items (kitchen trash with food items) or large appliances. No TVs or computer equipment, such as desktop monitors, printers, scanners and keyboards.
WHAT CAN I PUT IN THE DUMSPTER? There are 3 different types of waste materials. Each one requires its own separate dumpster. No co-mingling of these wastes is permitted. 1. Construction Debris – includes bulky materials such as wood, metals, glass, and building components. 2. Household Debris – includes non-hazardous materials such as rugs, carpet, furniture, plastic, and general household waste. 3. Yard Debris – includes yard trimmings such as grass, tree limbs, branches, weeds, and leaves. NO DIRT.
